Xiaomi’s Redmi Note 8 and Redmi Note 8 Pro Coming to the Philippines This Month

Right after Realme launched the Realme 5 and Realme 5 Pro, its main rival, Xiaomi is gearing up to launch the Redmi Note 8 and Redmi Note 8 Pro to the local market.

The Redmi Note 8 is powered by a Snapdragon 665 chipset. It has a 6.3-inch display, a 13MP selfie camera, 4,000 mAh battery and running Android 9.0 Pie. The highlight feature are the four cameras at the back – a 48MP main camera, 8MP ultrawide, 2MP macro, 2MP depth sensor. On the other hand, the Redmi Note 8 Pro has a new chipset from Mediatek called Helio G90T. It has a slightly bigger 6.53-inch display, 20MP selfie camera and a 4,500 mAh battery. Rear cameras are more impressive – a 64MP main lens, 8MP ultrawide, 2MP macro, 2 MP depth sensor.
