Xiaomi’s two top executives, Donovan Sung, former global spokesperson and Jai Mani, head of product of the POCO division, are reportedly out of the company.
Sung has made an official announcement last Friday on his Twitter account regarding his last month staying on the company.

Meanwhile, although Jai Mani doesn’t make an official announcement regarding his quitting, his Twitter bio says Ex-PM @PocophoneGlobal and @XiaomiIndia.
It has been a few months since we haven’t heard any news from Pocophone. Many speculations have been roaming online but none has been proven to be the official successor of the Poco F1, this includes the Redmi K20 Pro.
This news further adds to the rumors that the manufacturer is probably shutting down the POCO division.
In addition to this, Deepak Nakra, Xiaomi India’s sales head for brick-and-mortar business, also resigned and recently joined rival Realme India’s offline business sales department.
