Vivo Philippines is now preparing to bring the Vivo APEX here in the country.
Yesterday, Vivo has officially sent an invitation for a media briefing this coming June 24 regarding the Vivo APEX.
Introduced last MWC 2019, the Vivo APEX is the company’s first smartphone with no ports and buttons. It uses a capacitive touch and pressure-sensing technology to replace the usual power button and volume keys to achieve a seamless and holeless design. Since it has no ports, you can charge it through magnetic connector at the back.
In terms of specs, the Vivo APEX has a 6.39-inch display with with in-display speaker by using a piezoelectric transducer to emit sound. It also has a Full-Display Fingerprint Scanning technology which you can touch almost anywhere on the screen to unlock via the in-display fingerprint scanner.
Powering the device is the Qualcomm Snapdragon 855 paired with up to 12GB of RAM and 256/512GB of internal storage.
On the camera department, it has a dual rear camera composed of a 12MP plus a secondary 13MP sensor. For the front camera, it is not sure if it is a pop-up or the phone will not have at all.
