Huawei has finally introduced its first fordable and 5G-enabled smartphone – the Huawei Mate X.
When folded, the Mate X has a screen size of 6.6-inch with a resolution of 2480 x 1148 pixels and a 19.5:9 aspect ratio. In tablet mode, it can transform into a 8-inch display with a resolution of 2480 x 2200 pixels.
As mentioned, it will come with a 5G connectivity based on Huawei’s own modem, the Baolong 5000. Aside from that, it will also come with a 55W SuperCharge technology that can charge the device with 85% in just 30 minutes. So far, it could be the fastest charging technology in a smartphone.

The device was equipped with a 4500mAh battery that can be charge through a USB Type-C port. It also has a fingerprint scanner on the side that also works a the power button.
The Huawei Mate X was priced around $2,600. It will come in only one color; Interstellar Blue and it was expected to arrive in the middle of 2019.
