First thing you will notice with the new Vivo V9 is the notch and the dual rear camera setup. When it comes to overall physical appearance, aside from the things mentioned above, the Vivo V9 is just like the old Vivo V7 Plus.

It still has the aluminum body and the color gold is very ideal for those who are very conscious with fingerprint smudges because it is not that much evident.

The notch houses the selfie camera, the earpiece, and the ambient light sensor.

At the back are the dual rear camera setup, a LED flash, and the fingerprint scanner.

The volume rockers and the power button are placed on the right.

The tri-slot dual nanoSIM card and microSD card slot is located on the left side of the phone.

The bottom part is where you can find the 3.5mm headphone jack port, a microphone, microUSB port, and the speaker grills. The jelly case also provides additional cover to the microUSB port.

One of the most common problem with new devices that comes with the notch is the presence of the notch while watching videos or playing games. We are very happy that the Vivo V9 has managed to block the notch in these situations.

Its Full HD display also able to produce good colors, sharp details, and nice viewing angles.

The Vivo V9 is now running with the new FunTouch OS 4.0 on top of the latest Android 8.1 Oreo. It doesn’t have too much unwanted applications aside from the pre-installed Google apps.

The camera UI now has the new AR Stcker feature. It is supported on both rear and front camera so you can enjoy adding fun stickers everytime.

The Vivo V9 is one of the best selfie smartphone in the market today. It comes with a slim and thin body, upgraded processor compared to the Vivo V7 Plus, a dual rear camera setup, and a bigger and taller screen with the trendy notch. The phone is not bad for its price of Php17,990. You can enjoy great selfies with its 24MP front camera shooter and level up your style with its very slim and thin body.
