Like what I have said in our first impression, the A57 is just like a smaller sibling of the F1s. But as I use it as my daily driver, I became aware of its very handy  size. The volume rocker and the power button are placed on the opposite side which makes taking a screenshot easier even if you are using only a single hand.

Its 5.2 inches IPS HD display is good specially in bright environment. The colors in the screen are so vivid which is good specially in viewing photo of food and colorful things. Its also protected by Gorilla Glass 4 to protect your screen from scratches. Plus the Gloves and Wet Touch Input which lets you use your phone even though you are wearing gloves or when your hand is wet.

OPPO A57 is powered by Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow paired with its Qualcomm Snapdragon 435 Octa-core 1.4 GHz Cortex-A53 CPU and Adreno 505 GPU built for high-quality camera images and stunning graphics with optimum speed and power efficiency. And when it comes to gaming, we played Mobile Legends, Asphalt 8, Dungeon Quest, Dungeon Hunter, and The Sims. The device can handle all those games decently without lags or should I say minimal lags in their High Resolution modes. And device heating is so minimal compared to other devices.

Packed with Dual LTE/Dual stand-by feature, the device is doing good specially if you are in an area with a good signal. You can enjoy LTE speed for watching online videos and uploading your photos/videos on your social media/s. Its Bluetooth 4.1 also connects fast with the bluetooth earphones that I am using. And its fingerprint scanner is so fast that it can unlock your phone easily.

When it comes to battery life, its 2,900 mAh battery can last all day with above the average usage. I always use my mobile data at school from 1pm-9pm plus turning my hotspot ON for my classmates and my other phone. Although sometimes I also turn it off when the class starts or just leave it ON specially when there are important matters.

OPPO A57 is well know for its 16MP selfie camera. It is equipped with Beauty 4.0 for blemish-free and brighter photos. Its also capable of adding bokeh-effect in your selfie which makes the background of your photo more blurry. Plus the screen flash feature which is very perfect to use in dark environments.

Going to its back, you will see its 13 MP Sony IMX258 rear camera. Its has a f/2.2 aperture, PDAF, and can record at 1080p@30fps. Even though the back camera is slightly smaller than its front camera when it comes to pixel count, you must not under-estimate it because it can also produce great photos. Plus, it has an Expert Mode which lets you play with its focus, shutter speed, ISO, exposure, and white balance. This feature will let you shoot professional-looking photos like night sky and light trails but of course with the use of a tripod.

Here are some sample photos:

Its my first time to handle a OPPO smartphone, and my experience is awesome. Its true that each phone has its own difference from the others. And that difference is what makes it standout. Starting from the choices of color, the color black is really stunning that it can fit on any style. For security, its has a very fast fingerprint scanner. I also love its colorful and vivid display. I also tried to use Snapchat for the first time because someone ask me if its good with the app, and my answer is yes. The 16MP selfie camera can recognize faces quickly. And most of all, its dedicated microSD card slot, I never had to sacrifice my other SIM slot just to extend my storage.
