Samsung Galaxy Note 7 owners in the Philippines can now replace their potentially defective units beginning October 1, 2016!  Samsung is still in hot water after nearly 100 cases of exploding Note 7 units were reported and cause massive fear among 2.5 Million owners worldwide.
