Starmobile Engage 10 Pro Unboxing and First Impressions

We’ve been reviewing smartphones and tablets for 2 years now. This is a milestone for us because we will be reviewing for the first time an All-In-One PC. Meet the Starmobile Engage 10 Pro. We know that a lot had graduated elementary, high school and collage very recently and you might out looking for a PC for your studies. This is the perfect time to read on our unboxing and first impressions.

We have here a big box. Probably our biggest box to open for a review. It is also quite heavy. Well, its understandable since we’ve used to reviewing smartphones and tablets. Here’s what’s inside the box – charger, OTB cable, USB cable, keyboard dock.

We were quite impressed with the device’s build quality. Although this is not the first time Starmobile offered a tablet but it is their first time to offer Windows 8.1 once a device is booted up. All ports are located on the left side of the device – DC port, USB port, MicroSD card slot, HDMI port, 3.5mm headset jack and power/lock button. There is also a volume rocker button on the top left side of the device.

Going back to the device’s exterior, we really like that soft touch matte finish that wraps around the tablet even on the keyboard dock.  The screen is a 10-inch IPS display which is quite bright and very delightful to view.

We will using this as our work partner for two weeks. We will be writing our blogs, do email and play games on this device. Full review coming up in a week or two.
