For us, we noticed that the Huawei Nova 3i has a better performance in day light shooting as compared to the OPPO F9. The colors on the Nova 3i are more vivid and much pleasing to the eyes even when you turned off the AI feature. The Nova 3i also excels in shooting Portraits and taking pictures with Bokeh effect specially on the front since it has a dual camera setup. Meanwhile, during low-light or night time, the Nova 3i and the OPPO F9 are just draw because there are times that the OPPO F9 shot the clearer photo and there are times that the Nova 3i has the more lively colors. And lastly, when it comes to selfie, the Nova 3i always has the brighter shots, bokeh effect is more precise and the edge detection is more cleaner since it has a dual front camera system. We also love the new camera effects on the Nova 3i like the 3D Qmoji that has 8 different characters that follows your facial expressions which you can record as a GIF and use them on messaging instead of emoji. Another one is the Gesture Effect that has different real-time animation depends on your hand gestures. And lastly, the Backgrounds that allows you to change your background literally with built-in backgrounds or you can also take / download a photo that you prefer.
In conclusion, both phones have their own strengths and weaknesses. Maybe it’s just a matter of which one you prefer the most, and for us, it is the Huawei Nova 3i who catches our eyes in this battle.
