Compared to the Zenfone 4 Selfie, the Selfie Lite only has one front camera shooter. It has a 13 MegaPixel selfie shooter with a soft LED flash.

DISPLAY AND UI

The Zenfone 4 Selfie Lite has a 5.5-inch IPS HD display with 267 ppi density and has a 400nits brightness. Even though it can stand under bright environment, we feel that the colors on the screen are a little bit pale compared to other Zenfone units which support the Asus Slendid software.

The new ZenUI 4.0 is a lot faster and smoother than its previous version. It also removed other unnecessary app and bloatware to make the user interface more clean and junk-free.

The camera interface has a lot of easy access icons in order for users to change their desire setting instantly.

SOFTWARE AND HARDWARE SPECIFICATION

The Asus Zenfone 4 Selfie Lite is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 425 quad-core processor together with the Adreno 308 GPU. It has a lower CPU & GPU specifications compared to the Zenfone 4 Selfie and this is something that we need to test if there is a huge difference when it comes to the overall performance of the device.

It also comes with 16GB of internal storage and 2GB of RAM. In case you want to expand its storage, it has a dedicated microSD card slot that can support up to 2TB of storage.

FIRST IMPRESSIONS

The Asus Zenfone 4 Selfie Lite is a good substitute to the Zenfone 4 Selfie and Selfie Pro if you are running out of budget. It almost has the same design for a much lower asking price. It has a slim and well built overall design that can surely adopts on any lifestyle that you have. We also have noticed that the Zenfone 4 Selfie Lite only has 1 selfie shooter as compared to its two siblings. But even though the wide angle has been removed, we will test out its 13 MP front shooter if it can perform its task to provide good selfie and wefie. Until then, watch out for our final review.
