#MWC17 – Sony Xperia XZ Premium and Xperia XZs Announced

Sony announced four new smartphones at the Mobile World Congress (MWC) in Barcelona, Spain. Two of which are flagship smartphones the Sony Xperia XZ Premium and the Xperia XZs.

The Sony Xperia XZs is an upgrade of last year’s Sony Xperia XZ. There are minor changes here and there when it comes to cosmetics but major upgrades are in the camera.

From the “Premium” moniker, the Sony Xperia XZ Premium is a more powerful and definitely more expensive piece of tech. The device is wrapped in Corning Gorilla Glass back and front and it is the first smartphone to have a 4k display and powered by Qualcomm’s latest Snapdragon 835 chipset.
