Samsung Philippines has released a statement urging Samsung Galaxy Note 7 owners to exchange their units to Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge or a Galaxy S7. After sales and production has halted, Samsung has formally pulled the plug on the Note 7.
The primary concern now is the safety of all Galaxy Note 7 owners. So if you bought you Note 7 to a Samsung store, you can have it replaced with a Galaxy S7 Edge, a regular S7 or a refund.
If you got your unit from Globe or Smart please do contact your carrier now or visit their nearest business office. Have your Note 7 exchange with a smartphone of equivalent value.
