Chinese smartphones continue their conquest to capture the global smartphone market and the whole consumer electronics world as well. Three Chinese brands are already on the world’s top 5 smartphone makers – Huawei (No. 3), Oppo (No. 4) and Vivo (No. 5). More Chinese tech companies are climbing up the ladder and one of them is LeEco. The company has entered the smartphone business this year but the company has a thriving business in making Smart TVs and smart home devices. It is also one of the largest video companies in China.
Only one Chinese company who is successful to penetrate the US market and that is OnePlus. Huawei is also making good reviews when it re-entered the US market this year with the Huawei P9, P9 Plus, Mate 8 and Honor 8. Now LeEco will enter the US Market this October. The company is said to offer their latest smartphones and a video streaming service that will compete with Netflix.
