Affordable locally made smartphones are becoming popular in developing nations like the Philippines. Chinese smartphone makers such as Xiaomi and Meizu have unveiled smartphones worthy to compete these very affordable but capable local smartphones. ZTE thinks it might need to up the ante with the release of the ZTE Blade L3.
This smartphone has 5-inch display, a quad core processor, and 8 megapixel camera – features already available to local brands like the Starmobile Up+ or the MyPhone Rio. But one big advantage is it is now running Android 5.0 Lollipop out of the box.
