Nokia has just announced their first Android smartphones at the MWC (Mobile World Congress) 2014. These are the Nokia X, X+ and XL. These new smartphones are running Google’s mobile OS, Android. Based on our research, these phones are running the latest version, Kitkat. But despite running Android, the UI is heavily skinned by Nokia’s own UI called Fastlane UI that made the it like Windows Phone filled with tiles, not widgets and icons. All phones will not run apps from the Google Play Store but instead, Nokia has their own store for it just like Amazon on its Kindle line of tablets.
