Looking at the specs, its really hard to decide on what to get. The decision point here is the battery and price. Cherry Mobile Life has a smaller 1,500 mAh battery and cheaper with P2,999 SRP compared to Gionee Pioneer P2’s larger 1,700 mAh battery and a heftier price of P4,490 SRP.

Would you prefer a phone with a larger battery at a more expensive price?

Would you prefer a phone with the same specs but on a cheaper price but comes with a smaller battery?

In my particular case, my decision is based on the looks and battery. At P4,490 SRP and I will get a well built device, a bigger battery and a soft matte finish at the back for better grip, then I think the Gionee Pioneer P2 is the better choice. But if your are kinda short in cash but you really need to buy an affordable but still reliable smartphone that can connect you to the internet faster with the help of HSPA+ and has autofocus on the camera, then the Cherry Mobile Life is your best pick.
