Update: Globe’s “No Signal” Problem on O+ Smartphones Still Persists

Its been to days since we posted a blog about the “signal problem” of a number of Globe and TM subscribers using O+ smartphones. According to the reports coming from users themselves, these are the following O+ models – 8.32, 8.52, 8.36, 8.31, 8.15, 8.12, 8.6, 8.75, 8.35. This is really peculiar because only prepaid Globe/TM SIMs experienced no signal problem. When Smart, Talk N Text and Sun SIMs are inserted it seems to work fine.

O+ is saying that the signal problem is due to Globe’s network upgrade. Globe subscribers however, are getting frustrated with the mattter. They have been posting their complains and frustrations on O+ Facebook page. According to our sources the problem will still persist and continue over the weekend.

We advice that you monitor either Globe or O+ Facebook page for any updates.
